Through our “everyday language” approach, we take complex concepts and break them down into easy-to-remember definitions and terms with real-life examples. This enables participants to reach our “understand, use, communicate” goal.

Our course goals are the same for every participant:

	Goal #1: Understand — Participants understand the course material
	Goal #2: Use — Participants use the knowledge acquired in their daily jobs
	Goal #3: Communicate — Participants learn to communicate and discuss financial topics in public and with confidence

Our company mission is to get each participant to the third goal. In fact, we believe we have not done our job until each participant can communicate the financial topics they have learned.

In turn, when employees can talk about financial topics in public with confidence, they also realize they:

	Are no longer afraid of numbers
	Can understand management requests more clearly
	Can make calculated financial decisions and act confidently on them
