Course Objective:

The objective of the course is to teach employees to create more shareholder wealth and better service in the field by identifying, classifying, evaluating, recommending and implementing wealth creating ideas and projects. The course covers in detail one of the key elements of continuous improvement. The end result is an employee who is gladly targeting and implementing ideas that are directly connected with short and long term company goals and strategies-and the creation of shareholder wealth. Because of the popularity of "investing your own money" in Workforce II, another section has been added with new financial planning material.How to Identify Shareholder Wealth Creating Ideas.
