Course Objective:

 

The objective of the course is to give employees a management perspective on the Chairman's view of the company on topics not covered in Workforce I. Employees will understand better the reasoning for goals, strategies and actions of the company both past and present. A short update on deregulation is followed by lecture, cases and discussion about selected topics listed below. Employees will understand why people invest money in their stock and how to better invest their own money for retirement. The end result is an employee who is operating from more accurate facts and assumptions and is more committed to the company team. This is a three to four hour course.
