Course Objective:
The objective is to teach supply chain and purchasing employees finance and accounting needed in their jobs. Participants will learn how their company or division's performance impacts key Wall Street benchmarks for financial and operating performance. Each employee will learn six techniques they can take back to their job to improve their job performance. Employees will learn to better understand financial goals and threats. This course covers spinning off divisions, spending strategies, income statement and balance sheet performance and key financial ratios. Project evaluation and business case analysis are also covered.
