Understanding Sarbanes-Oxley

This course includes everything listed under the ethics course, but also includes information on the Sarbanes-Oxley law.

Course Objective:

To advise executives, managers, and supervisors of their obligations under the Sarbanes-Oxley law, allowing them to fully comply. The course contains a summary of the law written in layman¹s language as well as a comparison with the actual law.
