Marketing Financial Decision Making

Course Objective:

The objective of this course is to teach managers and supervisors about their changing industry and what they can do to deal with these changes. Participants will learn how to better understand their company's and their customer's financial statements and how they can effect them. Once participants have completed this course they will have a better understanding of the world around them, where they fit into the big picture, and what they can do to satisfy customer's needs and create shareholder wealth for both their customers and their company.
