What Managers and Supervisors need to know about contractual obligations in order to lead effectively

Course Objective:

To assist managers and supervisors in addressing employee and labor relations issues in a consistent manner. To assist them in their daily duties as representatives of Management. To improve overall timeliness and professionalism, which are critical in addressing employee performance problems and discipline. To teach managers and supervisors to create a positively motivated workgroup, and to create effective relationships with the bargaining unit.
