Course Objective:
The objective of this course is to teach Presidents and/or CEO's the necessary basic financial knowledge about their industry. This is a strategic finance course designed for executives. Participants will learn how to better understand their company's financial statements and annual reports as well as how they can effect them. Once participants have completed this course they will have a better understanding of the world around them, where they fit into the big picture, and what range of actions that are available to maximize their company's financial destiny.
Location and Timing:
The Executive Finance Course is taught in Dallas, Texas. The Course is a 5 day course. It is conducted in Dallas at the Marriott Airport Hotel to facilitate easy access for the executive. The course can be taught in a five consecutive days or in three different sessions (two day, two day, then one day). In addition, the executive can receive a yearly one day update session on current events, or any topics of his/her choosing.

- Managerial Accounting--Identifying and critiquing Projects and Programs that will improve the four basic financial goals of your company: efficiency, profitability, liquidity, solvency. Ranking Projects. Breakeven Analysis. Risk Analysis.
- Strategic Thinking--Mergers, Spin-offs, Spin-ins, Techniques for Evaluating Divisions, EVA, SVA.
- Motivating Employees Toward Financial Stewardship--Motivational Speeches to Give to Employees.
