 |

 |

Founding of Company
Lucian founded Conway Consulting in 1990 to help employees understand finance and accounting and recognize how their decisions directly impact company profits.
While working as an auditor with Ernst and Young, he discovered that employees of Fortune 500 companies lacked a “connection” to the financial outcomes of their companies.
Realizing that this “missing connection” was costing companies billions of dollars each year, he developed exciting new techniques for teaching finance and accounting to operating employees
including managers, supervisors, and union employees. His enthusiasm for helping students and expertise in achieving results are reflected in the number of Fortune 500 companies that invite him to motivate and train their employees year after year.
From these early beginnings, Conway Consulting has grown into a multi-million dollar company.
