Philosophy Conway Consulting offers courses for a wide range of employees. We refer to our offerings as the Three Tier Design (TTD). TTD offers courses for three tiers of employees within an organization. The three tiers of employees are top tier, supervisory tier, and craft tier. Top Tier Top tier courses are designed for Corporate Board Members, Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Managers. Top tier courses would include strategic themes such as spending strategies, key performance indicators, strategic response, industry issues, threats and opportunities in the business environment, balance sheet performance, competitor analysis, ethics, and Wall Street views of your company. Supervisory Tier Supervisory tier courses are designed for front line supervisors. Supervisory tier courses would include operational themes such as project evaluation, writing a great business case, industry overview, communications with craft employees, finance and accounting for non-financial managers, and negotiation. Craft Tier Craft tier courses are designed for craft employees such as union employees, secretaries, and machine operators. Craft tier courses would include educational and action oriented themes. These themes include why company management takes certain actions, threats to craft jobs, six actions craft level employees can take to save jobs while creating shareholder wealth and better customer service, annual report workshop, becoming motivated, investing your money for retirement, understanding your industry, and understanding your company. |
